Aku mihi ki a koe, thank you for your participation in the Pūharakekenui Post Project.

When you drop or post your card back, it’ll become part of a community generated mapping of the Pūharakekenui | Styx River Catchment. It might make its way online to the Pūharakekenui Styx Living Laboratory website and instagram, and it might even be exhibited in a gallery. Written messages may also be shared in the same places, and excerpts from these may be used to create poems or feed into other writing. It may be part of a fundraiser for the Pūharakekenui Styx Living Laboratory Trust.

In Aotearoa New Zealand when you create an artwork you are automatically assigned copyright over it.

Your postcard is an artwork which you own.

By sending it back to Khye Hitchcock and the Pūharakekenui Styx Living Laboratory Trust, you are gifting your artwork and consent to it being used in the Pūharakekenui Post Project.

You agree that Khye Hitchcock and the Pūharakekenui Styx Living Laboratory Trust may use the original postcard, photograph or reproductions of the postcard, or any manipulated variations in exhibition, display, editorial, advertising, trade, fundraising, or for any other legal purpose, without reservation.
